A1 is building a proactive AI chat app for everyday users—bringing intelligence into conversations, errands, organization, and workflows.

What you will do

• Drive US market entry, from early strategy to hands-on execution.
• Build and execute initial hiring plans, including sourcing, engaging, and closing high-caliber talent.
• Support fundraising efforts by preparing materials and coordinating investor conversations.
• Help establish A1’s presence in the US, including office setup and operating structure.
• Drive external positioning by supporting PR, partnerships, and key relationships.
• Act as a central operator across teams, tracking priorities and resolving bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Background in consulting (MBB), top-tier VC, startups, or high-performance operating roles.
• Strong generalist able to switch between strategy, hiring, operations, and execution.
• High agency; able to figure things out and move independently.
• Strong judgment; able to prioritize and make decisions with incomplete information.
• Clear and concise communication skills.
• High reliability; consistently follows through and delivers.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-ambiguity environment.
