• Guide startups through institutional fundraising journeys, including pitch refinement and investor matching.
• Provide strategic conflict resolution and advisory support during critical operational transitions and pivots.
• Author analytical content and thought leadership essays to represent the ecosystem across professional networks.

Requirements

• Must be located in or willing to relocate to New York City for full-time on-site operations.
• Proven track record as a founder or early executive in a technology startup with deep 0-to-1 lifecycle experience.
• Profound expertise in Web3, cryptocurrency, distributed systems, or artificial intelligence.
• Exceptional emotional intelligence and ability to handle high-stakes founder relationships.
• Demonstrated analytical capacity to assess technical founders and emerging market trends.

• Experience deploying early-stage capital or executing institutional investments.
• Robust pre-existing network of tier-one crypto or AI institutional allocators and angel investors.
