Associate Chief Nursing Officer (AI Healthcare)

What you will do

• Lead nursing operations across production and evaluation environments, including management of a nursing team.
• Establish clinical protocols, workflows, quality standards, and guardrails for AI voice agents and nursing products.
• Represent nursing expertise in client meetings, executive engagements, conferences, media, and public speaking opportunities.
• Translate nursing workflows and clinical requirements into AI training strategies, product requirements, and feature priorities.
• Shape the nurse co-pilot product through use-case mapping, workflow discovery, and collaboration with product and engineering teams.
• Build nursing transformation playbooks, implementation resources, and outcome measurement frameworks for health systems.

Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing and a BSN.
• 10+ years of nursing leadership experience, including 5+ years across diverse care settings and experience managing a virtual workforce.
• Direct P&L responsibility across multiple cost centers or operational lines.
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering, data science, sales, or customer success teams.
• Experience designing or scaling clinical implementation, quality improvement, or workflow transformation programs.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, analytical, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Nice to have

• MSN, DNP, or equivalent advanced nursing degree.
• At least two years of nursing leadership experience in health tech, digital health, AI/ML-enabled care, or a clinical operations product company.
• Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous, cross-functional environments.
• Experience building or scaling a clinical implementation function.
