What you will do

• Oversee nursing operations across production and evaluation environments to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Establish agentic clinical protocols, workflows, and quality standards aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Translate nursing domain expertise into technical requirements for engineering and data science teams to shape AI training strategy.
• Collaborate on the mapping and design of an AI-powered nurse co-pilot, defining use cases and clinical guardrails.
• Represent the company as a clinical expert at national conferences, in media, and during executive client engagements.
• Build a nursing transformation practice, including playbooks and outcome measurement frameworks for health systems.

Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing and a BSN degree.
• 10+ years of nursing leadership experience, including 5+ years across diverse settings and managing a virtual workforce.
• Direct P&L responsibility across multiple cost centers or operational lines.
• Proven experience collaborating with non-clinical functions such as product, engineering, data science, and sales.
• Evidence of designing or scaling clinical implementation, quality improvement, or workflow transformation programs.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Advanced nursing degree (MSN, DNP, or equivalent).
• 2+ years of nursing leadership experience in health-tech, digital health, or AI/ML-enabled care companies.
• Experience building or scaling a clinical implementation function in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
