What you will do

• Own and scale the operational backbone across revenue, customers, and infrastructure.
• Manage billing and invoicing systems while aligning GPU supply with customer demand.
• Implement scalable processes to replace manual or bespoke workflows.
• Directly manage and mentor the Business Operations Specialist.
• Partner with the CEO and leadership team to execute company priorities and improve cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in operations, business operations, or general management within high-growth technology companies.
• Proven track record of scaling early-stage companies through rapid growth phases.
• Strong understanding of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue tracking.
• Experience in cloud infrastructure, marketplace, or infrastructure-heavy businesses.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI infrastructure, GPUs, or cloud compute environments.
• Experience contributing to revenue operations, pricing strategy, or infrastructure cost management.
• Track record of improving operational efficiency, margins, or customer experience in high-growth environments.
