TL;DR

General Manager (AI): Own the strategy and systems that turn customers into long-term partners with an accent on defining the ideal customer journey from close to renewal. Focus on building a Customer Health Scoring framework and KPI reporting to show the business, and customers, what success looks like.

Location: On-site in San Francisco

Salary: $150K – $215K

What you will do

  • Act as the GM of our post-sales business, owning the strategy and systems that turn customers into long-term partners.
  • Build our Customer Lifecycle Playbook, defining the ideal customer journey from close to renewal.
  • Launch our Executive Business Review motion, designed as a forward-looking conversation about how customers can unlock more value.
  • Build our Customer Health Scoring framework, defining the metrics that indicate health and setting thresholds for intervention.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Deployment Strategists, and Leadership to ensure the voice of the customer shapes how we build and sell.
  • Build KPI reporting that shows the business, and our customers, what success looks like.

Requirements

  • 5 - 8 years across a variety of relevant experiences (with 2+ years of operating experience required) in Investment banking / VC / PE / Consulting, Biz Ops & Strategy, Sales / Revenue Strategy & Operations, or Post-Sales / Account Management.
  • An operator with strong analytical rigor, comfortable distilling complex concepts into the key insights that matter.
  • A builder, not a coordinator, who doesn’t just identify the process but rolls up their sleeves to build the system.
  • Commercially sharp, understanding that retention and expansion are revenue, not a support function.
  • Relationship-oriented, understanding that your effectiveness will be directly determined by your ability to influence others.
  • High ownership, high slope, seeing the gap, proposing the solution, and executing.
