What you will do

• Lead operational execution for implementations, onboarding, and client launches in production environments.
• Establish operational processes, controls, and execution standards across the organization.
• Own deployment and operational coordination for collection agencies, healthcare organizations, and debt buyers.
• Partner with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure adherence to FDCPA, TCPA, Reg F, and state regulations.
• Develop operational playbooks, QA processes, workflow governance, and escalation procedures.
• Act as the operational bridge between Product, Engineering, Compliance, and executive leadership.

Requirements

• 15+ years of operational leadership experience in collections, healthcare revenue cycle, or financial services.
• Deep understanding of debt collection regulations and consumer communication workflows.
• Experience managing operational teams, implementations, and client delivery functions.
• Proven ability to operate within regulated, high-volume servicing environments.
• Experience coordinating across Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Legal teams.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows, conversational AI, or automation platforms.
