What you will do
- Drive high-priority cross-functional initiatives from idea through execution.
- Anticipate CEO needs and create operational leverage in day-to-day activities.
- Translate discussions into clear action items, owners, and timelines.
- Support company operating cadence, including leadership meetings and KPI reviews.
- Prepare materials for executive, board, and investor discussions.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and improve processes across teams.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 4-8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or executive support.
- Proven ability to independently drive high-impact initiatives in fast-moving environments.
- Strong analytical skills with comfort interpreting business performance data.
- Excellent communication skills for operating with executives and external stakeholders.
- High ownership mentality with a strong bias toward action.
Nice to have
- Located in the San Francisco Bay Area with interest in in-person work in the East Bay.
- Experience at high-growth startups or scale-ups.
- Familiarity with SaaS, robotics, or industrial technology business models.
- MBA or equivalent real-world operating experience.
