hirify.global is developing A1, a proactive AI smart assistant designed to bring intelligence to daily conversations, errands, and workflows.

What you will do

  • Support the CEO and leadership team on day-to-day activities related to China market entry.
  • Drive execution of key initiatives across office setup, hiring, partnerships, and operations.
  • Prepare meeting materials, summaries, presentations, and briefing notes for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support early hiring efforts by coordinating with recruiters and agencies.
  • Manage communications with vendors and service providers involved in the local setup.
  • Act as a central coordination point across teams to ensure priorities are executed.

Requirements

  • Experience in operations, executive support, consulting, startups, or business coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities in an unstructured environment.
  • Comfortable working with senior leadership and handling sensitive information.
  • Clear communication skills and confidence engaging external stakeholders.
  • Hands-on mindset with strong ownership and ability to operate without a defined playbook.
  • Familiarity with the China business environment (vendors, hiring, admin) is a plus.
