What you will do

• Design and run the company's operating model, including forecasting, planning, and operational cadence.
• Architect long-term operational systems strategy for finance, people, and recruiting infrastructure.
• Maintain financial operating foundations, ensure GAAP-aligned reporting, and manage core SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV).
• Operate the employee lifecycle infrastructure, including onboarding, HRIS, and compliance with employment regulations.
• Identify structural operational gaps and lead initiatives to improve organizational performance and cross-functional coordination.
• Evaluate and implement core business platforms for finance, HR, and recruiting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, BizOps, or Startup Operations.
• Experience working at a high-growth SaaS company (Series B–D preferred).
• Track record of building systems and processes from scratch.
• Experience implementing finance, HR, or operational systems.
• Familiarity with SaaS business metrics and operating models.
• Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

• Background in consulting or growth equity operations.
• Experience scaling companies from Series A to Series C.
