What you will do

• Lead and inspire software engineering teams across multiple delivery centers.
• Drive operational excellence, process ownership, and delivery readiness with clear KPIs and OKRs.
• Head the AI agenda, including upskilling the workforce and scaling the AI competence center.
• Oversee cross-functional collaboration with HR, Finance, and IT to ensure resource alignment.
• Partner with Sales and Business Development to drive account growth and client satisfaction.
• Provide performance reporting and strategic insights to the CEO and Board.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role within software engineering or IT services.
• Demonstrated track record of managing and scaling teams across multiple locations.
• Understanding of Eastern European culture with the ability to engage teams in Serbia, Moldova, and Romania.
• Exceptional communication skills in English.
• Expertise in value-based and project-based delivery models.
• Hands-on, pragmatic mindset with a balance of strategy and execution.
