What you will do
- Develop and execute the overall country strategy, including sales, customer delivery, and KPI setting.
- Design B2B pipelines and lead interactions with the top 30 strategic accounts in the market.
- Hire and lead the founding country team responsible for sales and implementations.
- Represent in media appearances and prioritize industry events for brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the global BD team and the partner ecosystem to generate new sales opportunities.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience leading teams and highly complex projects.
- Professional background in consulting and sales.
- Deep expertise in deploying technical products or solutions to enterprise clients.
- Native speaker of the local language.
- Must be based in Mexico (in-country role).
- Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams with an owner mentality.
