TL;DR
GTM Enablement Coordinator (Fintech): Supporting the execution of training and enablement programs for the GTM organization to maximize performance and operational efficiency. Focus on building training materials, tracking program efficacy, and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize sales processes and product launches.
Location: Hybrid position with on-site expectations of 2-3 days per week in New York, San Francisco, or Salt Lake City. Relocation assistance available for candidates outside these areas.
Salary: $71,400–$105,000 USD (Tier-based compensation)

What you will do
- Support enablement and training programming across all GTM segments and teams.
- Deliver training via virtual, in-person, and LMS platforms for onboarding and product knowledge.
- Own discrete work streams including updating training decks and maintaining LMS modules.
- Partner cross-functionally to build MVP training materials for new product and process launches.
- Track usage and efficacy of programs to enhance and scale enablement initiatives.
- Identify performance friction points and opportunities to improve GTM efficiency.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales training, enablement, or management roles.
- GTM experience across customer segments (Enterprise and SMB) and functions.
- Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce), outreach, and data visualization tools.
- Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration and project management.
- Ability to synthesize complex content and tailor communications for diverse GTM groups.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to the US (specifically NYC, SF, or SLC for hybrid requirements).
Nice to have
- Experience with ZoomInfo, Chorus, Yardi, ALN, Snowflake, or Sigma.
- Background in the financial services industry.
- LMS development experience.
