What you will do
- Manage high-volume HR administration including background checks, I-9 verification, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee data within HR systems ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and prevent recurring errors in HR processes.
- Collaborate with HRIS and People Technology teams to migrate spreadsheets to structured workflows.
- Develop templates, job aids, and standardized operating procedures using Excel and AI tools.
- Support testing and documentation for HR system enhancements.
Requirements
- Experience in HR administration or HR operations supporting the employee lifecycle.
- Proven experience working in a corporate, fast-paced, or high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive employee data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically advanced Excel.
- Ability to prioritize deadlines and communicate proactively.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification (completed or in progress).
Nice to have
- Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM or similar HRIS platforms.
- Background in transitioning manual work to system-based solutions.
- Exposure to automation and AI tools for workflow optimization.
- Experience in shared services or case management environments.
- Experience supporting a global or multi-country workforce.
