What you will do

• Own the end-to-end sales process for a dedicated portfolio of enterprise customers.
• Develop and execute account plans to achieve quarterly revenue and growth goals.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with customers to gain insight into their expansion plans.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and Marketing to expand the existing customer base.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and Dialpad expert to help clients realize the full value of the platform.
• Identify candidates for the Customer Advisory Board and advocate for customer needs internally.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional sales experience in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
• Experience with UCaaS / CCaaS is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in New Business or Client Sales.
• Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
• Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce) and G Suite tools.
• Must be located in or able to work from Tempe, US.
