What you will do
- Own the end-to-end sales process for a dedicated portfolio of enterprise customers.
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve quarterly revenue and growth goals.
- Cultivate strategic relationships with customers to gain insight into their expansion plans.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and Marketing to expand the existing customer base.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and Dialpad expert to help clients realize the full value of the platform.
- Identify candidates for the Customer Advisory Board and advocate for customer needs internally.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional sales experience in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
- Experience with UCaaS / CCaaS is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in New Business or Client Sales.
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce) and G Suite tools.
- Must be located in or able to work from Tempe, US.
