Location: On-site in Irvine, CA; Denver, CO; or San Francisco, CA

Salary: Base Salary $100K – $125K + Equity + Commission

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from creative prospecting to closing for innovative enterprise organizations.
  • Drive strategic deals by targeting key peer hirify.globalnies using an anchor tenant strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing, insights, and product teams to align results and influence product direction.
  • Build and refine sales processes, content, and customer-facing materials.
  • Manage long sales cycles and develop deep relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a strong track record of closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Experience selling into HR, People, or Compensation teams at large enterprise hirify.globalnies.
  • Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and engage with VP- and C-level stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Self-starter mentality with comfort working in the ambiguity of an early-stage environment.

Nice to have

  • Background working with or selling into Compensation or Total Rewards functions.
  • Exposure to or interest in agentic AI technologies and enterprise AI adoption.
  • Experience contributing to early-stage product or GTM strategy in a startup environment.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
