Salary: Base Salary $100K – $125K + Equity + Commission

What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from creative prospecting to closing for innovative enterprise organizations.
- Drive strategic deals by targeting key peer nies using an anchor tenant strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing, insights, and product teams to align results and influence product direction.
- Build and refine sales processes, content, and customer-facing materials.
- Manage long sales cycles and develop deep relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a strong track record of closing complex, high-value deals.
- Experience selling into HR, People, or Compensation teams at large enterprise nies.
- Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and engage with VP- and C-level stakeholders.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Self-starter mentality with comfort working in the ambiguity of an early-stage environment.
Nice to have
- Background working with or selling into Compensation or Total Rewards functions.
- Exposure to or interest in agentic AI technologies and enterprise AI adoption.
- Experience contributing to early-stage product or GTM strategy in a startup environment.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
