What you will do
- Manage customer and dealer calls in Salesforce, assigning unique complaint numbers and providing immediate acknowledgement.
- Allocate daily service calls to technicians based on priority, location, and availability.
- Coordinate pre-installation checklists and schedule engineer site visits for equipment installation.
- Monitor open calls, track warranty parts approvals, and provide timely status updates to clients.
- Verify and upload daily technician service reports and prepare quotations for charges, chemicals, and spare parts.
- Collaborate with the Order Management Team for invoicing and dispatch of parts while ensuring adherence to defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- Previous experience in service coordination, customer support, or maintenance roles.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and service management software.
- Junior level (2-5 years of experience).
