What you will do

• Manage customer and dealer calls in Salesforce, assigning unique complaint numbers and providing immediate acknowledgement.
• Allocate daily service calls to technicians based on priority, location, and availability.
• Coordinate pre-installation checklists and schedule engineer site visits for equipment installation.
• Monitor open calls, track warranty parts approvals, and provide timely status updates to clients.
• Verify and upload daily technician service reports and prepare quotations for charges, chemicals, and spare parts.
• Collaborate with the Order Management Team for invoicing and dispatch of parts while ensuring adherence to defined Turnaround Time (TAT).

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Previous experience in service coordination, customer support, or maintenance roles.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and service management software.
• Junior level (2-5 years of experience).
