TL;DR

Russian Customer Support Agent (Bench Team): Providing high-quality technical and account support to end-users with an accent on troubleshooting, ticket resolution, and maintaining service level agreements. Focus on delivering personalized, accurate assistance in both Russian and English while collaborating with internal teams to resolve escalated issues.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Bellevue, WA (Hybrid: 2 days in-office per week)

Salary: $23.00–$25.50/hour

What you will do

  • Deliver world-class customer service by managing and responding to support tickets within established SLAs.
  • Troubleshoot technical and account-related issues using internal knowledge bases and desktop tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify trends, provide feedback, and resolve escalated customer inquiries.
  • Monitor client-facing tools and maintain up-to-date knowledge of client directives.
  • Assist in the creation of knowledge base articles and support team development through active collaboration.
  • Maintain composure and apply critical thinking to make sound judgment calls in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Written and verbal fluency in both Russian and English is required.
  • Must be able to work a hybrid schedule in Bellevue, WA.
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to perform initial technical troubleshooting.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience or knowledge of online gaming.
  • Experience with Accounts ticket troubleshooting.
