What you will do

• Own, develop, and execute the category strategy for Soft & Shaped Materials aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze sourcing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive performance improvements.
• Develop a sustainable supplier base and lead Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) activities.
• Conduct commercial negotiations and manage supplier agreements.
• Monitor market trends, pricing developments, and ensure proactive risk management within the supply chain.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement engineering changes.

Requirements

• Relevant academic degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Solid experience in strategic sourcing or category management within industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience in supplier negotiations and development.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in working with sourcing data.
• Good understanding of contract management and supplier evaluation.
• English: Proficiency required (CV must be submitted in English)
