Transport Planner (Sustainable Logistics)

Location: Hybrid, based in Gothenburg or Stockholm, Sweden; occasional on-site customer visits required.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain an optimal customer experience across the Nordics with Operational Account Managers.
• Plan daily transport operations, optimize vehicle utilization, and execute shifts.
• Act as the primary operational contact for shippers, carriers, service workshops, and other partners.
• Analyze operational performance and optimize results against agreed KPIs and SLAs.
• Resolve customer inquiries and ad-hoc operational deviations.
• Support customer deployment projects, provide go-live assistance, and conduct occasional on-site visits.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in transport planning, preferably with hands-on experience using a Transport Management System.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Service-minded, solution-oriented, independent, adaptable, and comfortable making data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Interest in sustainable logistics, future-proof transport, and electric vehicles.

Nice to have

• Customer-facing experience.
• Experience with loadboards, spot markets, and capacity optimization.
