Supply Chain Manager – Resilience and Development

Location: Linköping, Sweden; the position involves travel.

What you will do

• Lead development projects that implement the strategic direction of the business.
• Lead implementation of the supply-chain resilience strategy and conduct continuous analysis using the defined methodology.
• Create and develop supplier-base strategies with category managers, focusing on implementation.
• Monitor supplier-base performance through data collection, visualization, and preparation of decision-support materials.
• Coordinate purchasing activities within the established purchasing framework and support supplier managers and purchasing leadership.

Requirements

• University degree in logistics, procurement, economics, law, defense studies, or a related field, or extensive documented relevant experience.
• Strong command of English; work is conducted in both Swedish and English.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders and building trust-based business relationships.
• Structured, proactive, pragmatic, and capable of implementing new ideas and taking responsibility for processes and results.
• Ability to visualize and present facts and adapt quickly to new situations and contexts.
• Successful completion of security vetting is required; additional citizenship obligations may apply for security-cleared positions.
