Salary: $102,000 - $142,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Collaborate with the Merchant Risk team to identify and mitigate compliance risks associated with platform partners.
  • Review and approve financial services marketing materials to ensure alignment with regulations and industry standards.
  • Work cross-functionally with Legal, Risk, and Revenue departments to address compliance issues and root causes.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of compliance training and reference materials.
  • Support compliance risk assessments and control inventories, including documentation of results.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on regulatory compliance for merchant and partner integrations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a compliance advisory role.
  • Working knowledge of consumer financial laws including UDAAP, CAN-SPAM, FCRA, TCPA, TILA, ECOA, EFTA, and TISA.
  • Experience advising revenue-generating stakeholders in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex issues.
  • Must be based in Canada; visa sponsorship is not available.
