Location: Hybrid in Seattle or Chicago
Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year

What you will do
- Design and execute multi-channel upsell and cross-sell campaigns to drive revenue expansion through personalized offers.
- Build retention programs and proactive engagement initiatives to reduce churn for at-risk customers.
- Develop a scalable customer advocacy engine to generate reviews (G2, Gartner), case studies, and testimonials.
- Partner with Customer Success to create data-driven onboarding and activation journeys via email, in-app messaging, and webinars.
- Manage customer engagement touchpoints, including newsletters and the annual Agility customer conference.
- Establish and track KPIs such as NRR, churn rate, and product adoption to measure program performance.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in customer, lifecycle, or growth marketing within B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of driving retention, expansion, and customer lifetime value.
- Proficiency with product analytics tools (Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel) and marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo).
- Experience designing and executing A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
- Strong project management skills for managing multiple programs in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Seattle or Chicago.
Nice to have
- Experience in the GRC, risk management, or compliance software space.
- Background in sales-led growth (SLG) B2B SaaS environments with complex enterprise cycles.
- Experience planning and executing customer events, user groups, or conferences.
