Location: Based in San Francisco (Hybrid: 3 days per week in office)

Salary: $227,000 – $252,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Lead B2B social storytelling and advocacy across LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
  • Develop social-first content formats including short videos, clips, carousels, and threads.
  • Draft outlines, scripts, and creative briefs for short-form B2B content.
  • Convert long-form customer films and interviews into platform-native assets.
  • Build share packs and recommended copy for employees, leaders, and customers.
  • Manage a structured publishing calendar and optimize social content workflows.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Customer Marketing, Social Marketing, Content Marketing, PMM, or B2B GTM roles.
  • Deep experience with B2B social strategy for LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
  • Strong creative fluency in both lo-fi, creator-style formats and polished enterprise storytelling.
  • Excellent editorial judgment for hooks, pacing, and amplification.
  • Experience managing public storytelling with customers, advocates, and industry voices.
  • Strong visual and video intuition to drive content quality and velocity.
