What you will do

• Lead creative operations, including workflow management, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
• Architect an AI-native operating layer by designing agentic workflows and internal automation tools to increase throughput.
• Partner with the Consumer AI team to translate creative requirements into technical AI capabilities and production tools.
• Manage the creative budget, forecasting, and reporting in coordination with finance and legal partners.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of relationships with external agencies, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain project management infrastructure using ClickUp, Notion, and Slack to ensure visibility and alignment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in creative operations or program management, with several years at the director level.
• Proven ability to build agentic workflows and internal AI tools, moving beyond simple tool usage to system architecture.
• Deep experience managing creative budgets, external vendors, and agency contracts.
• Strong command of project management tools and the ability to use data to drive resourcing decisions.
• Must be based in the United States.
