Salary: $112,000 – $170,000

What you will do

• Define and maintain standardized enterprise metrics, baselines, and early-warning signals for priority initiatives.
• Build and steward the enterprise performance framework and core dashboards for visibility into progress.
• Partner with Technology to integrate AI-enabled capabilities like automated insight generation and anomaly detection.
• Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into clear insights to inform leadership decision-making.
• Identify execution risks, drift, or misalignment early to enable timely intervention.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in performance analytics, strategy, or execution insight in complex organizations.
• Authorization to work in the United States for any employer.
• Proven track record of designing dashboards and recurring reports used by senior leaders.
• Strong synthesis skills and ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving conditions.
• Deep understanding of how AI is transforming analytics and decision support.
