Salary: $239,400 – $335,000 USD + Equity

What you will do

• Lead the development of the company-wide certification system, defining its structure, roadmap, and operating model.
• Develop frameworks for evaluating practical AI capability to measure real-world workflows and product usage.
• Partner with product teams to integrate certification systems with hirify.global's platform and learning tools.
• Design a scalable program architecture capable of reaching millions of learners while maintaining rigor and credibility.
• Drive alignment across Product, GTM, Customer Education, and Partnerships to support enterprise adoption and workforce readiness.

Requirements

• Experience leading large, high-visibility cross-functional strategic initiatives involving product and GTM teams.
• Proven ability to define new programs and operating models where they do not yet exist.
• Strong influence skills to drive results across multiple teams and senior leaders without direct authority.
• Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience building tools or systems for developer and technical audiences.
• Background in leading large-scale learning or credentialing systems.
• Familiarity with developer platforms, AI systems, or emerging technology ecosystems.
