TL;DR

Director, Strategy & Program Management, Member Growth: Translating company priorities into structured programs that deliver outcomes for members and the business with an accent on identifying opportunities and aligning cross-functional teams. Location: Hybrid in New York City. Candidates must be based in the NYC metro area or able to relocate independently within 90 days of their start date.

Salary: $180,000 - $227,000

What you will do

  • Leverage data-driven insights to diagnose underperforming growth levers and align cross-functional teams around critical priorities.
  • Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery across product, marketing, engineering, and cross-functional teams.
  • Define and track success metrics tied to member growth and program impact.
  • Translate complex program data into clear narratives for executive decision-making.
  • Integrate AI-leveraged workflows and scalable tools to increase program efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives and process iteration.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of program management, product operations, or project management experience within a high-performing tech organization.
  • Ability to deconstruct complex growth problems into actionable priorities and drive evidence-based decisions.
  • Familiarity with AI and automation tools.
  • Exceptional ability to create clarity, earn trust, and align diverse stakeholders.
  • A track record of owning outcomes and maintaining focus as priorities shift.
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of complex work with tight timelines.
