Salary: $180,000 - $227,000

What you will do
- Leverage data-driven insights to diagnose underperforming growth levers and align cross-functional teams around critical priorities.
- Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery across product, marketing, engineering, and cross-functional teams.
- Define and track success metrics tied to member growth and program impact.
- Translate complex program data into clear narratives for executive decision-making.
- Integrate AI-leveraged workflows and scalable tools to increase program efficiency.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives and process iteration.
Requirements
- 10+ years of program management, product operations, or project management experience within a high-performing tech organization.
- Ability to deconstruct complex growth problems into actionable priorities and drive evidence-based decisions.
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools.
- Exceptional ability to create clarity, earn trust, and align diverse stakeholders.
- A track record of owning outcomes and maintaining focus as priorities shift.
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of complex work with tight timelines.
