Location: Must be based in the US. Open to candidates in the New York Metropolitan area (hybrid: 3 days onsite) or fully remote from within the US.
Salary: $330,000–$400,000 OTE per year

What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Taft-Hartley market, owning the full cycle from prospecting to close.
- Build and maintain a network of relationships with fund administrators, union trustees, benefits consultants, and brokers.
- Collaborate with Client Success, Marketing, and Product teams to refine Labor positioning and support RFP/RFI responses.
- Represent the company at key Labor industry conferences and trade shows to build brand awareness.
- Act as an internal thought leader on the Labor market to sharpen the company's go-to-market approach.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Labor healthcare sales or consulting with a track record of closing large, complex contracts.
- Deep expertise in the Taft-Hartley market, including health & welfare fund operations, collective bargaining, and ERISA.
- Active work authorization in the US is required.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to tailor narratives for trustees and consultants.
- Ability to interpret performance metrics and financial models fluently.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to travel approximately 50%.
