TL;DR

Senior Sales Director (Medtech): Spearheading expansion into the Taft-Hartley market to bring women's and family health platforms to union members with an accent on pipeline generation and closing complex multi-employer deals. Focus on building relationships with Labor stakeholders, navigating collective bargaining landscapes, and aligning clinical value with financial models.

Location: Must be based in the US. Open to candidates in the New York Metropolitan area (hybrid: 3 days onsite) or fully remote from within the US.

Salary: $330,000–$400,000 OTE per year

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Taft-Hartley market, owning the full cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Build and maintain a network of relationships with fund administrators, union trustees, benefits consultants, and brokers.
  • Collaborate with Client Success, Marketing, and Product teams to refine Labor positioning and support RFP/RFI responses.
  • Represent the company at key Labor industry conferences and trade shows to build brand awareness.
  • Act as an internal thought leader on the Labor market to sharpen the company's go-to-market approach.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Labor healthcare sales or consulting with a track record of closing large, complex contracts.
  • Deep expertise in the Taft-Hartley market, including health & welfare fund operations, collective bargaining, and ERISA.
  • Active work authorization in the US is required.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to tailor narratives for trustees and consultants.
  • Ability to interpret performance metrics and financial models fluently.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to travel approximately 50%.
