Location: Must be based in the US (Remote or Hybrid in the New York Metropolitan area)
Salary: $375,000–$450,000 OTE per year

What you will do
- Own end-to-end business development for the government segment, including territory planning and pipeline generation.
- Navigate complex government procurement cycles, including RFP/RFI processes and contracting vehicles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with benefits administrators, procurement officers, and union trustees.
- Represent Maven at government-focused industry conferences, trade shows, and benefits events.
- Partner with Client Success, Marketing, and GTM Operations to optimize market feedback and handoffs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in government or public sector healthcare benefits sales.
- Proven track record of closing large, complex deals and consistently exceeding quotas.
- Active work authorization in the US is required.
- Deep familiarity with government procurement processes and multi-stakeholder buying dynamics.
- Proficiency with Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting.
- Ability to travel approximately 50%.
