Director of Consultant Relations (Medtech): Expanding hirify.global’s influence within the benefits consulting and brokerage community to drive net-new opportunities with an accent on strategic relationship building and consultant enablement. Focus on developing senior-level relationships, managing pipeline tracking via CRM, and activating the market through targeted events.

Location: Remote (US). Applicants must have a legal right to work in the United States; sponsorship will not be provided.

Salary: $126,487 - $198,766 a year

What you will do

  • Execute territory plans to drive consistent consultant engagement and generate revenue-aligned, consultant-referred opportunities.
  • Build and expand senior relationships across priority consulting and brokerage firms to establish preference for Sword in RFPs.
  • Identify and cultivate key stakeholders across regional offices, including practice leaders and subject matter experts.
  • Enable consultants via meetings, demos, and targeted campaigns to ensure they can credibly recommend Sword to employers.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to support active pursuits and align consultant strategies with account priorities.
  • Maintain operational rigor in Salesforce, ensuring accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and data hygiene.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience interfacing with major benefits consulting or brokerage firms (e.g., WTW, Aon, Mercer).
  • Proven ability to translate influential relationships into measurable business outcomes and pipeline creation.
  • Strong business development skills, including prospecting and multi-threading relationships across organizations.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM to manage contacts and report on opportunities.
  • Legal right to work in the United States.
  • Demonstrated AI proficiency (at least Level 1 Explorer).
