TL;DR

Senior Customer Engineer (SaaS): Managing the full technical lifecycle of Enterprise accounts across the UK and EMEA, with an accent on bridging pre-sales acquisition and post-sales value realization. Focus on architecting complex front-end implementations, driving product adoption, and building repeatable technical playbooks.

Location: Hybrid: In-office 3 days per week in London, UK

What you will do

  • Partner with Account Directors on pre-sales motions to identify customer pain, deliver tailored demos, and lead technical evaluations.
  • Drive measurable improvement in customer health, retention, and expansion across strategic Enterprise accounts.
  • Lead onboarding for strategic customers, including planning, complex implementations, integrations, and training.
  • Diagnose root causes for stalled adoption and design technical paths forward connected to business outcomes.
  • Build reusable frameworks, playbooks, and document repeatable fixes to elevate the broader Customer Engineering team.
  • Serve as the primary technical escalation point for ambiguous challenges, resolving complex variables and tradeoffs.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles (Solutions Engineering, TAM, Professional Services, or Solutions Architecture).
  • Deep hands-on experience with web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
  • Proven track record of managing strategic Enterprise accounts and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to solve ambiguous problems involving multiple variables and constraints.
  • Hands-on integration of AI tools into day-to-day workflows for research, content creation, or automation.
  • Experience mentoring and coaching junior technical team members.

Nice to have

  • Experience with hirify.global, digital adoption platforms (DAP), or product analytics tooling.
  • Hands-on experience with mobile app development (Swift, Android, or React Native).
  • Familiarity with data architecture, machine learning concepts, or advanced analytics instrumentation.
  • Experience creating frameworks or processes adopted by larger teams.
