What you will do
- Engage with inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website enquiries, and events.
- Respond professionally to new enquiries to ensure a seamless first customer experience.
- Qualify leads by assessing organizational fit, objectives, and buying stage.
- Book high-quality discovery meetings for Business Development Directors.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead progression in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize conversion and lead management processes.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in a customer-facing or commercial role, preferably in SaaS, sales, or business development.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
- Proven experience in lead qualification, follow-up management, and CRM usage.
- Ability to work flexible hours or shift patterns to support global markets, including the US.
- Strong communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
