Salary: $224,000 - $280,000

What you will do

  • Drive the Product organization's rhythm of business, owning cadences for R&D reviews, leadership meetings, and all-hands.
  • Execute leadership direction by cascading decisions through the organization and surfacing critical insights to the CPO.
  • Lead high-ambiguity, cross-functional strategic projects, including acquisition integrations and high-coordination product rollouts.
  • Act as a sounding board for the leadership team to challenge assumptions and improve the quality of organizational answers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Product, Design, Engineering, and Delivery (DRD) org and the rest of the company.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Product, Business Operations, Strategy, or a Chief of Staff function, ideally in high-growth tech.
  • Proven track record of running and executing complex cross-functional programs.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to write crisp executive briefs and provide sharp verbal feedback.
  • High EQ and the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization, including executives.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive instinct for identifying critical priorities.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority.
