What you will do
- Drive sales revenue targets through high-quality activity with a defined panel of advice firms.
- Develop growth opportunities with low and non-producing adviser firms using consultative selling techniques.
- Implement ongoing business plans in alignment with sales management direction.
- Document all activities and processes within the Salesforce CRM system according to channel standards.
- Maintain expert knowledge of company and competitor propositions in the investment and pensions markets.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Sales Support teams to ensure consistent account management services.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to the Edinburgh or Stirling office (3 days per week).
- Experience in the Financial Advice sector and regulated sales environments.
- Level 4 Pfs or equivalent qualification as a minimum.
- Proven skills in relationship development, communication, and influencing.
- Detailed knowledge of life and pensions products, investment markets, and the MPS market.
- Strong understanding of financial services regulatory and legislative frameworks.
