What you will do

• Manage end-to-end deal and transaction execution and ongoing account management for the Private Markets client book.
• Ensure all payments are processed in a timely manner and adhere to Service-Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Resolve client queries by liaising with internal departments and key stakeholders.
• Maintain key relationships with Front Office teams both pre and post-sale.
• Identify and raise system and process improvements for consideration.
• Participate in projects to ensure business requirements are understood and implemented.

Requirements

• Experience in client servicing, preferably within the financial sector.
• Strong time management and excellent communication skills.
• Methodical and numerate approach with high attention to detail.
• Ability to clearly articulate information to external stakeholders.
• Proactive, diligent, and committed team player.
