What you will do

• Own the feature lifecycle end-to-end, from requirements gathering to release deployment.
• Build BA requirement structure, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria for engineering.
• Plan sprints and releases: set sprint goals, distribute tasks, and manage the release calendar.
• Optimize delivery processes by structuring work independently and verifying feature completion.

Requirements

• English: Fluent (written and verbal)
• Experience working in a hybrid PM/BA capacity in an agile software development environment, or strong BA with delivery management aptitude.
• Ability to organize chaos into structured, manageable workflows and maintain team stability.
• Strong capability to switch between deep technical documentation review and high-level delivery timeline management.
