TL;DR

Senior Project Manager (Marketing): Leading delivery across 2–3 scrum teams within the Marketing Domain with an accent on scalable processes and predictable execution. Focus on managing multiple stakeholders, optimizing delivery metrics, and ensuring alignment between product and engineering.

Location: Remote or On-site in Armenia, Cyprus, or Poland

What you will do

  • Lead delivery for 2–3 scrum teams (up to 12 engineers each) within the Marketing Domain.
  • Manage detailed delivery plans for the next 3 sprints and high-level roadmaps for 3 months.
  • Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Monitor and optimize key delivery metrics (Velocity, Cycle Time, Bug Rate) to improve predictability.
  • Manage stakeholders, prioritize competing requests, and communicate risks transparently.
  • Coordinate cross-team dependencies to minimize delivery risks and delays.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a product software company.
  • Proven track record of independently managing multiple Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence (JQL, Roadmaps, dashboards).
  • Experience with prioritization frameworks such as RICE, MoSCoW, or ICE.
  • Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Armenia, Cyprus, or Poland.

Nice to have

  • PMP or similar professional certifications.
