Project Manager (R&D)

What you will do

• Take end-to-end ownership of CoE-led initiatives, including R&D pilots and migration projects.
• Lead discovery, prototyping, PoC, and feasibility studies aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Drive Agile ceremonies and adapt workflows to experimental or emerging technologies.
• Define project documentation, scope, and change control while tracking metrics and velocity.
• Coordinate between engineering, architecture, and client-facing teams to bridge strategy and execution.
• Monitor and report on resource usage, budget spend, and ROI from CoE investments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management, specifically with R&D, migration, or PoC projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher required for communication with global stakeholders.
• Knowledge of PMBOK and solid grasp of the SDLC.
• Proficiency with project tools including JIRA, Confluence, Miro, and Notion.
• Experience with budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
