• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective sessions to maintain team velocity.

Requirements

• English: Exceptional written and spoken proficiency required
• Proven track record managing software development projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or Linear.
• Organized and diplomatic approach to team dynamics in a fast-paced environment.
