What you will do

• Recruit, onboard, and enable VARs and resellers to drive net-new business and customer expansion.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve channel revenue targets.
• Build deep relationships with partner sales and technical teams as a trusted advisor.
• Conduct regular business reviews to track performance and optimize go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with internal sales teams to manage co-sell motions and transition accounts to partner-led models.
• Drive partner marketing activities, including joint campaigns, events, and demand generation.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of channel sales experience growing VAR and reseller ecosystems.
• Proven track record of exceeding channel revenue targets.
• Experience selling technical solutions in cybersecurity, DevOps, or developer tools markets.
• Established network of VAR/reseller relationships in North America.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for partner meetings and industry events.
• Must be based in the United States (East Coast preferred).
