What you will do

  • Build and cultivate strategic channel strategies and relationships with key partners like CDW.
  • Drive peer-to-peer relationships across all levels of the ecosystem and hirify.global.
  • Coach sales teams on partner engagement and connect sellers at the account and opportunity level.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to facilitate trifecta campaigns with ecosystem partners.
  • Develop joint business plans and conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
  • Lead joint account mapping and ensure partner compliance with agreements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partner management within the software security domain.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue objectives.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for all organizational levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.

Nice to have

  • Existing relationships with hirify.global alliance partners.
  • Experience analyzing performance to identify optimization areas.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Partner Relationship Management systems.
