Salary: $180,000 - $200,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop and execute a short-term product strategy for the Clinical portfolio aligned with the long-term vision.
• Define product goals, features, and requirements to drive exceptional user experience and client value.
• Lead and mentor a team of product professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
• Perform in-depth market analysis and client engagement to validate product direction and identify opportunities.
• Act as the chief product evangelist, championing the portfolio both internally and externally.
• Collaborate with Development, QE, Marketing, and Services to ensure successful go-to-market execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software product management with a proven track record of leadership.
• Deep understanding of the US healthcare industry, clinical workflows, and US health policy.
• Demonstrated experience managing and coaching large, multi-disciplinary product teams.
• Expert knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in Excel for risk mitigation and data analysis.
• Must be located in the US and available to work EST hours.

Nice to have

• Previous clinical experience.
• Familiarity with Power BI.
• Experience with product management tools like Confluence.
