TL;DR

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in or able to work from Del Mar, California

Salary: $190,000 - $215,000

What you will do

  • Lead the definition, launch, and ongoing management of internal consumables programs.
  • Define strategies, priorities, and long-term roadmaps for the pump portfolio.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and Quality teams to drive product ideation.
  • Gather Voice of Customer (VOC) data to identify market needs and create business cases.
  • Manage the P&L during portfolio transformation and monitor competitive activity.
  • Supervise, train, and perform appraisals for product management staff.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in product management, development, or planning.
  • 7+ years in a leadership role with visibility to senior management.
  • Experience delivering commercial medical devices, preferably consumer-facing.
  • Direct experience operating within an FDA regulated environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Data Sciences, Health Sciences, or Business.
  • Proficiency in Agile and waterfall development methodologies.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree or MBA.
  • Advanced training in marketing or data science.
  • Experience specifically within the diabetes industry.
