What you will do
- Execute high-volume outbound cold calling targeting single-location SMBs.
- Own the entire sales cycle from first contact to contract closure within a sub-30-day timeframe.
- Position product advantages against competitors in the wellness and fitness technology landscape.
- Maintain strict daily and weekly KPIs (dials, meetings, demos, deals) using CRM for tracking.
- Develop tailored proposals and confidently differentiate the offering in competitive scenarios.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly quota goals.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of sales experience in an E2E high-volume closing role or as a Senior SDR in a SaaS business.
- Demonstrated success in short sales cycles (sub-45 days).
- Quantifiable track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple opportunities and a rigorous pipeline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored for SMB audiences.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or an equivalent CRM.
Nice to have
- Experience with SaaS and wellness/fitness technology.
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and cloud-based tools for technical value positioning.
