What you will do

• Execute full-cycle recruitment across product, engineering, and business roles.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach.
• Conduct initial screens to evaluate role fit, motivation, and communication skills.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and manage feedback collection from hiring managers.
• Maintain high data quality and consistency within the ATS.
• Support employer branding initiatives and candidate experience improvements.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, or coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, and basic ATS systems.
• Proactive, learning-oriented mindset and openness to feedback.
• Must be based in China.
