What you will do

• Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
• Build and maintain talent pools for current and future technical roles.
• Conduct pre-screening calls to evaluate skills, experience, and motivation.
• Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to calibrate role requirements.
• Manage job postings, applicant tracking (ATS), and candidate communications.
• Document recruiting processes and contribute to team workflow improvements.

Requirements

• Up to 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, or people-facing roles.
• English: B2 level minimum.
• Location: Must be based in Poland or Ukraine.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Background in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or Linguistics.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Boolean search, or X-ray sourcing.
• Previous experience hiring for technical roles.
• Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) in a professional context.
