What you will do

• Conduct structured desktop research into robotics, automation, AI, and innovative production techniques.
• Translate complex technical topics into clear, practical insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Produce high-quality research outputs including briefing notes, technology summaries, and opportunity assessments.
• Manage a portfolio of research projects, ensuring clear objectives, defined timelines, and documented outputs.
• Coordinate inputs from internal stakeholders and external partners such as universities and research centres.
• Maintain detailed records and dashboards of all research activity within hirify.global Labs.

Requirements

• Degree in Robotics, AI, Engineering, Computer Vision, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Excellent written communication skills for producing concise and well-structured research outputs.
• Basic understanding of project management concepts including timelines and milestone tracking.
• Confidence working with technical documentation and academic research papers.
