What you will do

• Own end-to-end project management for multi-channel creative campaigns, including email, video, social, and digital display.
• Manage master timing plans, project estimates, and status reporting while monitoring burn, utilisation, and resource forecasting.
• Lead regular status check-ins and contribute to client meetings, acting as a credible project voice for senior stakeholders.
• Navigate complex, regulated financial services approval chains and multi-stakeholder sign-off processes.
• Manage project-level budgets, including cost estimation, purchase orders, and reconciliation.
• Contribute to the adoption of AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency and output quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a creative agency environment.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-channel creative campaigns.
• Experience working within a regulated sector, ideally financial services or retail banking.
• Strong financial literacy, including experience with project burn, utilisation, and budget tracking.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work confidently with senior clients.
• Must be based in London and able to work from the office 2-3 days per week.

• Experience with print production.
