What you will do

• Manage multiple strategic pursuits and panel tenders simultaneously across a varied portfolio.
• Lead pursuit kick-off meetings to define win themes and strategic messaging.
• Develop compelling, client-facing proposal content tailored to specific opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional contributions from senior leadership and business teams.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support pursuit positioning.
• Drive process improvements and integrate AI technologies into pursuit workflows.

Requirements

• Previous experience in pursuit, pitch, or proposal management within a professional services environment.
• Strong track record managing panel tenders from inception to delivery.
• Exceptional written communication skills for producing persuasive, commercial content.
• Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders constructively.
• Outstanding project management skills with the ability to handle competing deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
