Location: Hybrid (London, UK) — Must be in office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday

What you will do

  • Lead implementation projects for new and existing customers of the SaaS fintech solution.
  • Guide clients through the implementation process, assessing risks and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
  • Develop implementation plans and manage communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure a successful customer experience.
  • Create repeatable and scalable processes to improve project quality and delivery.
  • Provide product feedback to Engineering teams to drive platform improvements.

Requirements

  • Hands-on implementation experience with SaaS applications or software solutions.
  • Strong project management skills to guide customers and manage internal resources.
  • Ability to read, debug, and understand web applications (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, API calls).
  • Experience leading workshops to gather requirements and document use-cases.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven startup environment.
  • Location: Must be based in London for a hybrid schedule (3 days in office)

Nice to have

  • Experience integrating with ERPs such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, Intacct, Xero, or Microsoft BC.
  • Proficiency with ticketing systems (Zendesk, JIRA) and CRM (Salesforce).
  • Background in procurement or supply chain management.
